PURPOSE:To provide sufficient compacting pressures by a method in which many downwardly directed blades are provided in parallel on the front edge of a frame to be dragged from a ship, and rollers are attached to the rear in a vertically movable and downwardly acting manner. CONSTITUTION:Many downwardly directed blades 2 are provided in parallel to the front edge of a flat sidelong are rectangular horizontal frame 1, and the supporting lever 4 of a leveling roller 3 is rotatably attached. Boxes 9 are provided to both sides of the rear of the frame 1, and the lever 4 is downwardly energized by a coil spring 10 housed in the boxes 9. A rope 31 from a ship is connected to an arm lever 15 and pulled. Rubble under water can thus be leveled off by the blades 2 and compacted sufficiently by the roller 3.
