<p>PURPOSE:To control the loss of energy to a minimum by a method in which a great flow rate of low-pressure oil is always supplied to means requiring lubricating oil, and a small flow rate of high-pressure oil is supplied to means requiring small flow rates of high-pressure oil. CONSTITUTION:Pressure oil sent out of a pump 4 is allowed to flow through a set pressure variable relief valve 30 from an oil path 1 to an oil path 2. The oil pressure in the oil path 1 is regulated to the set low pressure of the valve 30. When the valve 30 is switched to a high set pressure, the oil pressure of the oil path 1 rises from low pressure to high pressure. The oil pressure of the oil path 2 is then regulated to the set pressure of a relief valve 5, and a great flow rate of low-pressure lubricating oil is continuously supplied a torque converter and a lubricator 17. The time when pressure loss occurs is lessened as compared to all moving time of the oil pressure device, and therefore, the loss of energy can be controlled to a minimum.</p> |
