PURPOSE:To contrive contrive maintaining of plant soundness by providing a life forecasting device, which extracts an apparatus which has reached the changing time with respect to the number of times of operation and the operation time, and a display device on which information of the extracted apparatus is displayed. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus life forecasting device 7 has information of the operation time and the number of times of operation of each sequence circuit constituting apparatus, and information of the apparatus, whose state is changed, selected by an apparatus state discriminating device 6 is read out, and the work time and the number of times of operation are changed, and results are stored again. In the apparatus life forecasting device 7, preliminarily set operation time and number of times of operation for inspection and change of each apparatus are compared with integrated operation time and number of times of operation, and apparatus meeting conditions are extracted and are displayed on a display device 8. This comparison is executed periodically every day or every week or at an optional time by the demand from an operator. Thus, preventive maintenance is possible and apparatus are inspected and changed efficiently according to the plan to contribute to the safety of the plant. |
