PURPOSE:To reduce changes in the resistance of a compsn. over a long period of time and to improve processability, by coarsely crushing a kneaded compsn. consisting of a crystalline polymer, electrically conductive fine powder and an org. peroxide, pulverizing the crushed compsn. into a powder having a specified particle size and dispersing the formed powder in an org. high-molecular material. CONSTITUTION:A compsn. consisting of a crystalline polymer, electrically conductive fine powder and an org. peroxide is kneaded by heating and then coarsely crushed into a powder of, e.g., about 2mm in size. The formed powder and a liquid (e.g., water) are introduced into a space between opposing rotors, at least one of which is rotated, to pulverize the powder into a fine powder having a 50wt% average particle size of 120mu or below. The obtained powder is dispersed in an org. high-molecular material at a desired concn. to obtain a heat- generating resin compsn. having a positive temperature coefficient of resistance.
