PURPOSE:To make it possible to improve the properties, such as bending strength, interlaminar adhesive force and heat resistance, of the obtained laminate and to decrease the dispersion of properties, by homogenizing a plurality of epoxy resins by pre-reaction. CONSTITUTION:A liquid epoxy resin for laminates is prepared by reacting a plurality of epoxy resins with one another. Bases are impregnated with this resin and dried to form prepregs. These prepregs are laminate-molded. Said reaction of the epoxy resins is performed at about 90-120 deg.C for about 10-30min in the presence of a weakly basic salt such as an ammonium salt.
