<p>PURPOSE:To measure the speed of high-temperature fluid with which dust is mixed by inserting a detection pipe made of a magnetic material into the fluid and flowing a heat medium into the detection pipe. CONSTITUTION:The heat medium 1 which is supplied quantitatively from a heat medium supply part 2 is sent to a detection part 13. When gas with which dust is mixed flows owing to the high ambient tmeperature of the sensor 16, heat moves at the periphery of the sensor 16. The medium 1, therefore, rises in temperature when the sensor 16 passes. The temperature difference at this time is detected by a temperature measuring element. This detected temperature is inputted as temperature signals 9 and 10 to a temperature difference arithmetic part 11 and the calculated mean temperature TS of the medium 1 is inputted to a speed arithmetid part 7. Further, the temperature signal 8 of the fluid detected by a temperature detector 14 is inputted to the arithmetic part 7. The specific information is obtained from the sensor 16 placed in the fluid with a speed V. Further, the supply amount of the heat medium 1 is inputted as a supply amount signal 6 to the arithmetic part 7. The fliud speed V is found from a specific expression, which is calculated by the arithmetic part 7 to obtain the fluid speed V.</p> |
