CONSTITUTION:A hot air is fed from a hot air tube 3 to an accommodation box 4 so as to heat a charging vessel 1. As a result, a vapor pressure in the charging vessel 1 becomes higher than that in a charged vessel 2. At this time, when openable valves 1-3 and 2-2 and a stop valve 6-1 are opened, a liquified gas 1-1 in the charging vessel 1 is allowed to flow through a siphon tube 1-2 or the like into the charged vessel 2.
