PURPOSE:To improve the reproducing accuracy of the current density of a Josephson junction by a method wherein superconductors and junction layers with different current densities are alternately laminated into a multilayer structure and the superconductors which are contacted with the junction layers with required current densities are used as electrodes for wiring. CONSTITUTION:In 1st Josephson junction device 124, 2nd superconductor 104 is used as a base electrode, 3rd superconductor 105 is used as a facing electrode and 2nd junction layer 113 between the two electrodes is used as a Josephson junction. On the other hand, in 2nd Josephson junction device 125, 1st superconductor 101 is used as a base electrode, 4th superconductor 103 is used as a facing electrode and 1st junction layer 111 is used as a Josephson junction. Connections to the 1st and the 2nd Josephson junction devices are provided by forming wirings 131, 132 and 133 composed of superconductors on the base electrodes 101 and 104 and the facing electrodes 103 and 105. |
