PURPOSE:To manufacture the molded form of high quality by a method wherein the temperature change of a specified place in a screw for an injection molding machine is measured and a proportional pressure valve is operated by the value of the measurement to regulate the back pressure of said screw and keep the temperature of molten resin constant at all times. CONSTITUTION:In order to control the temperature of molten resin upon plasticization, a plurality of thermocouples 21, embedded along the groove of a screw, detect the temperature of the molten resin. A difference between the detected resin temperature and a preset value is calculated and the calculated value is inputted into a plasticization controller 29. A proportional pressure valve 10 is operated by the commands A, B of the plasticization controller 29 to regulate a hydraulic cylinder 7 and keep the temperature of the molten resin constant.
