PURPOSE:To efficiently generate many types of a transposing table applicable to encipherment by preparing the transposing table by rearranging the random number system of a constant length in an ascending sequence or descending sequence. CONSTITUTION:Supposing that the number (n) of blocks is 6 and a random number system is 20. The arrangement of the system is in pieces in the sequence of the value. Meanwhile, a transposing table preparing device executes the rearrangement and the sort processing so that the size of the value of an arrangement 20 can become the ascending sequence or the descending sequence. The arrangement obtained as the result is like an arrangement 21 in the ascending sequence as an example. At such a time, 22, in which the arranging sequence of the new arrangement is expressed by the address of the original arrangement 20, comes to be the desired transposing table. Here, when the sort processing is executed by a calculator program processing, a highly speedy algoritm such as a binary sort and a bubble sort can be applied.
