PURPOSE:To prevent completely the invasion to a communication on an outdoor power line by the third party by separating an outdoor receptacle from an indoor power line with a switch over the specified time when a carrier receiving means detects that a carrier signal is inputted from the external part to an outdoor socket. CONSTITUTION:A carrier receiving means 9 detects the signal inputted from the outdoor receptacle 5 and instructs a timer means 10 to start the counting. The timer means 10 to start the counting instructs a switch control means 11 to release a switch 6. Thus, the outdoor receptacle 5 is completely separated from an indoor power line 7 by the switch 6 of the open condition, finally, the invasion onto the indoor power line 7 of the signal constituted by a carrier is interrupted and the invasion onto the indoor power line 7 by the third party can be completely prevented. A carrier interrupting filter 8 has the function to prevent that the signal constituted by the carrier on the indoor power line 7 is detected by the carrier receiving means 9 and the outdoor receptacle 5 is separated from the indoor power line 7.
