PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having a high curing rate and a long pot life, by mixing a compound having a spiroorthoester group or a bicycloorthoester group with an organic polybasic acid (anhydride) and a specified metal carboxylate. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of a compound having at least one spiroorthoester group or a bicycloorthoester group in the molecule and 0.5-3 equivalent of an organic polybasic acid or its anhydride (e.g., methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride) as a curing agent is mixed with 0.05-10wt% at least one metal carboxylate comprising a carboxylic acid selected from among 2-ethylhexanoic acid, naphthenic acid, stearic acid, salicylic acid and benzoic acid and a metal selected from among Zn, Ca, Co, Fe, Zr and Sn.
