PURPOSE:To inhibit the insertion of a disk only by turning an open/close plate to allow the loading of the disk only when a case storing a disk is put into a disk loading port. CONSTITUTION:An open/close plate 9 attached rotatably to the rotary shaft 10 of a rear attachment plate 6 of a front panel 5 containing a loading port 2. While a mobile piece 15 consisting of slopping parts 11a and 11b, a piece part 13 and a slide layer 14 is set slidably at the right and left sides of the plate 6 respectively. In such a constitution, a case (b) storing a disk B is loaded and the right and left corner parts of the case (b) move both piece parts 15 to the right and left sides respectively. Then the plate 9 is tilted to the back side and the case (b) can be inserted. However if only the disk B is loaded, it abuts against the plate 9 without rotating and is never inserted through the port 2.
