PURPOSE:To prevent the variation in an adjusting filter characteristic at the assembling by providing a shield plate opposite to a mounting plate fixing a filter element with a prescribed interval from an open end face of said element. CONSTITUTION:The metal-made fitting plate 13 and the filter element 11 placed on its upper face are connected by using a conductive film 18 at the circumference through solder or conductive adhesives 26, a shield plate 12 is formed side by side at one end of the plate 13 while being opposite to the open end face of the filter element 11 at a prescribed interval and the shield plate 12 acts like shielding an electromagnetic field to the open end face of the element 11. The element 11 is fixed onto the plate 13 and contained in the case 14 after the characteristic is adjusted. Since the interval between the filter element 11 and the shield plate 12 is kept constant after the adjustment, no variation is caused in the characteristic after the casing.
