PURPOSE:To reduce the time required for wire bonding and to improve the work efficiency by making an angle between the direction of an aluminum wire connecting a package terminal and an electrode for a built-in element and the direction of a single line terminal constant. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 7a, 7b, 7c and terminals 1a, 1b, 1c are connected by leading out them by aluminum wires 4a, 4b, 4c; an angle alpha between the direction of the aluminum wires 4a, 4b, 4c and the terminal direction of the single line is made constant. In carrying a hermetic seal package so that the bonding direction of a wire bonder and the direction tying two bonded points are in the same direction, it is not required to turn the package and in applying as required the pattern recognition, the recognition is facilitated and the time required for the wire bonding is reduced.
