PINCH ROLLER PRESS-CONTACTING MECHANISM

PURPOSE:To press-contact a pinch roller in a tape wind mode and to avoid the useless actions in a mode switching state by using a cam gear which is driven by a loading motor to drive a pinch roller press-contacting plate. CONSTITUTION:The hook pin 2a of a cam plate 2 is fitted to the groove cam 1a of a cam gear 1 which is driven by a loading motor. The plate 2 is connected to a coupling plate 3 via a hook pin 2c and the hook pin 4a of a pinch roller press-contacting plate 4 is put into a hook hole 3a. In a tape loading mode a pinch roller 6 is moved up to the front of a capstan 7 via a cam gear 10 and a drive plate 12. In a play mode the gear 1 turns right and the roller 6 is pressed by the energizing force of a press-contacting spring 5 via a plate 4. Thus the roller 6 is pressed in a tape winding state and therefore the useless actions can be avoided in a mode switching state.
