PURPOSE:To enable a design to be easily done in a short time, capable of reducing occurrence of misses on design, by commonly forming specific differential voltage/current converters respectively corresponding to circuits having different functions and then applying deformation corresponding to a function in each circuit to compose the circuit. CONSTITUTION:In a circuit having different functions, for example, a semiconductor integrated circuit 4 where an op amp 1, an analog switch 2, a comparator 3, and the like are integrated in plural numbers on a similar chip, differential voltage/current converters 5 comprising the first and second transistors 51 and 52 composing a differential amplifier in which both emitters of them are connected with a constant-current source 53, the first current mirror circuit 54 connected with a low potential source 58, the second current-mirror circuit 55 connected with the collector of the first transistor 51 and formed between the low and high potential source 58 and 57, and the third current-mirror circuit 56 connected with the collector of the second transistor 52 and formed between the low and high potential sources 58 and 57, are commonly formed corresponding to the said circuits 1-3 having different functions. And, then deformation corresponding to a function in each circuit is applied to compose the circuit. |
