PURPOSE:To cut the equipment cost by installing a davit mechanism onto a mother ship and installing a weight which can be released onto a submersible boat body and guiding the boat body in the vertical direction by a guide rail installed onto the mother ship. CONSTITUTION:When a boat body 2 is used for marine sight-seeing, a weight 3 is installed onto the boat body 2, which is transferred to the broadside of a mother ship 1, operating a davit mechanism 4 on the mother ship. Then, the boat body 2 is engaged with a guide rail 8, and lowered into the sea, guided by the guide rail. Marine sight-seeing is carried out with the boat body 2 engaged with the guide rail 8 in the sea. When the boat body 2 is lifted, the boat body 2 is raised along the guide rail 8 by operating the davit mechanism, and accommodated into the mother ship 1. When the boat body 2 is used for ocean navigation, the weight 3 is released, and the boat body 2 is lowered by operating the davit mechanism 4, and ditched onto the sea, and released from suspension. Therefore, the boat body 2 can be used for the ocean navigation and marine sight-seeing.
