PURPOSE:To fix the position of an insulating plate positively, to protect a coil lead-out wire mechanically or ensure an insulating distance and to improve safety by inserting and fastening the insulating plate to a pin terminal section. CONSTITUTION:A coil 12 is wound on a winding bobbin 11, lead-out grooves 16 for coil lead-out wires are shaped to a collar section for the winding bobbin 11, the lead-out wires 15 lead out of the lead-out grooves 16 are wound on pin terminals 17 self-supported to the winding bobbin 11, and connected by soldering, an EE type or EI type core 13 is incorporated to the winding bobbin 11, and one end of a U-shaped insulating plate 18 with one or a plurality of pin terminal inserting holes 19 is inserted and fixed to the pin terminals 17.
