PURPOSE:To aim at efficiency improvements in both handling and overspreading operations, by constituting both front and rear ends of a haul overspreading cover to be shiftably mounted on a pallet to dissociably connect on a carrier body capable of entering into a space beneath the pallet. CONSTITUTION:At the time of conveyance of a haul B on a pallet 2, first the hydraulic cylinder 19 housed in an external cylinder 12A is extended, a cover 10 is moved up and down, and held on an upper moving end. Next, a carrier body 1 is traveled, and when somewhere around a tip of the cover 10 is mounted on the pallet 2, the hydraulic cylinder 19 at the front side in a proceeding direction is contracted in motion, and a connected state between an internal cylinder 12B and a cover bracket 16 is dissociated. Successively, after the carrier body 1 is advanced up to an admission end inside the pallet 2, a jack-up mechanism being fitted to each running wheel 3 is operate, making it move on a floor surface of the carrier body 1, whereby the pallet 2 is lifted up and mounted on the body 1. Afterward, the carrier body 1 is traveled, making it perform the conveyance.
