<p>PURPOSE:To automatically and simultaneously measure both the acting force and acting position of an auto-stop lever, by adding movably a load converter to a dummy cassette and also fixing a displacement sensor to the cassette to detect the position of the load converter. CONSTITUTION:A load converter 5 which has a contact with a sensor chip of an auto-stop lever is provided to a uniaxial table 2 of a dummy cassette 1. While an optical displacement sensor 8 is fixed to the cassette 1 to detect the position of the converter 5. Then the cassette 1 is loaded into a radio cassette and an macrometer head 3 is pushed to actuate the stop lever. Here the load output of the converter 5 is stored in a microcomputer for a period between a contact mode and a non-contact mode between a touch pin 5a and the sensor chip. The microcomputer also stores the acting position of the stop lever. Thus it is possible to automatically and simultaneously measure both the acting force and acting position of the stop lever.</p> |
