PURPOSE:To reduce the modeling error by obtaining a motional condition quantity from a vehicle model being set on the basis of the features and the motional formulas of a vehicle and eliminating a plurality of sensing devices while correcting the correcting quantity of the features of vehicle in accordance with the values of the features. CONSTITUTION:A motional condition quantity estimating means 100 for operating the motional condition quantity of vehicle from a vehicle model 101 being set on the basis of the features and the motional formulas of a vehicle and a motional condition quantity detecting means 102 for detecting at least one actual value of the motional condition quantities of vehicle are provided. An estimated value M' of the motional condition quantity of vehicle is compared with a detected value M in a comparing means 103, then on the basis of the comparison results, the features K of the vehicle model 101 are corrected by a feature correcting means 104. The correcting quantity DELTAK of the feature in said correcting means 104 is set variably in accordance with the values of the features when being corrected by means of a correcting quantity variable setting means 105.
