PURPOSE:To remove the airborne volcanic ashes by receiving the ashes spouted out from a volcano by a motor linked kite and sending the ashes to a ship as waste water by means of pumped-up water. CONSTITUTION:A motor linked kite is supported by a ship and the airborne ashes are received by the kite and collected in a main ship as waste water by means of pumped-up water. Also a generator capable of power generation by an air stream is raise to the stratosphere by means of the linked kite and generated electric power is received in the under main ship. In the main ship, the volcanic ashes are efficiently collected by controlling many linked kites by a computer. Housing of the motor linked kite is performed by a wrecker and a high-speed which drum. The ashes descended to the main ship are collected and discarded in another sip. The equipment of the main ship consists of the computer, the generator, the high-speed winch drum, the wrecker, a housing device for the kite and a large-sized anchor.
