CONSTITUTION:When the winding diameter of the tape is small, a slip means A is hardly slipped and the rotation of the driving plate 6 is transmitted to a main shaft 4 through the rotating plate 5, a friction plate 8 and a reel table 3. At that time, the rotating plate follows the driving plate 6 and a pin 12 is abutted to one end of a long hole 13 by the elasticity of a spiral spring 11. When the winding diameter is increased and the winding torque is increased, the rotating plate 5 can not follow the driving plate 6, a projected part 15 climbs up an inclined side 14 and frictional force due to the press-contacting force of a plate spring 7 is increased in accordance with the climbed length.
