PURPOSE:To form an effective magnetic air-gap by providing a damper sticking base in which a damper is stuck and fixed to the outside periphery, and the inside peripheral circle is fitted to a magnetic gap. CONSTITUTION:The titled loudspeaker is provided with a damper sticking base 12 is which a damper 6 is stuck and fixed to the outside periphery, and the inside peripheral circle is fitted into a magnetic gap. The sticking base 12 is formed by a ferromagnetic material such as an iron plate, etc., of about 1mm. Therefore, the sticking base 12 can comply with a request for changing the performance. In this way, an effective magnetic air-gap is formed.
