<p>PURPOSE:To clear the order of a work, to facilitate variation of contents, and to facilitate variation of specifications and a delivery time, by a method wherein a terminal device is located to each production processes to display the contents and the order of work, and when a work is completed, the completion is inputted to report it to a central calculator. CONSTITUTION:Terminal function 4 of each production process has a work instruction display function 4-1, displaying the contents and the order of work, a work completion information function 4-2, reporting to a central calculator at a point of time when a work of a part is completed at the production process, and a function 4-3, controlling the above function. The work instruction display function 4-1 has a function 4-11, displaying the work instruction (manufacturing drawing, a work instruction slip, a work card) of the production process, a display function 4-12, displaying the contents of the schedule of a production work and production actual data during a unit period, and a function 4-13, controlling the two functions described above. This constitution enables ensurance of accuracy and full understanding of work instruction contents, prevention of delay of delivery time and excess unfinished product stock, and facilitation of processing of a fluctuation in specifications.</p> |
