PURPOSE:To reduce sliding resistance at the rotation of a medium to reduce the load of a disk driving motor and to reduce also the consumption of a recording medium by arranging plural regulators on the upper and lower opposed surfaces of a disk-like recording medium like a ring with prescribed intervals. CONSTITUTION:A circular hole 11a is formed on the center part of a lower plate part 11 having an approximate square and slightly high outer peripheral walls on four sides of the square and a rectangular hole 11b for pad insertion is formed from a part close to the circular hole 11a to one side of the lower plate part 11. An inner ring 12a and an outer ring 12b are formed on circumference separated from the circular hole 11a by a prescribed distance and ball bearings 13a-13n to be the lower side medium regulators are rotatably supported with the prescribed intervals between the inner and outer rings 12a, 12b so as not to be dropped. Ball bearings 16a-16n are also rotatably supported with the prescribed intervals on the upper plate part 14 having the same outline size as the lower plate part 11.
