<p>PURPOSE:To produce a specific antibody to a low molecular material by adsorbing or ion-binding the low molecular material onto the surface of metallic colloid to improve the antigenicity of the material then dosing the same to mammals such as rabbit. CONSTITUTION:The low molecular material is adsorbed or ion-bound to the surface of the metallic colloid to improve the antigenicity of the material, then the colloid is dosed to the mammals such as rabbit. The cells having the specified genetic structure to possess the power to produce an antibody, i.e., clones, are thereby produced in the living body of the mammals. Such antibody can be utilized in the form of the antiserum contg. the antibody. The mammals to be dose are mouse, rate or guines pig and are also rabbit, sheep, goat, horse, swine, or bovine. The specific antibody for the low molecular material is thus produced.</p> |
