PURPOSE:To approximately uniformly disperse heat, dissipated from a tube, throughout the whole surface of a mat, by a method wherein the mat has a sheet, made of a liquid-contained super-water-absorption material, and a flexible tube, which is installed in a manner to be brought into contact with the sheet and through which a heating medium solution is circulated, and the sheet and the tube are covered with a waterproof sheet having flexibility. CONSTITUTION:A tube 3, formed by a heat resistant rubber or a synthetic resin material, is laid in a meandering manner on the upper surface of a waterproof sheet 2a, made of independent foam urethane and having heat insulation properties and cushioning properties. A non-wovenform polyacryl acid salt series super-water- absorption material sheet 4, in which only a portion where the tube 3 is laid is notched is impregnated with water or water in which anti-freeze is poured, is laid in a manner that the sheet 4 is brought into contact with the tube 3. A waterproof sheet 2b is laid on the upper surface thereof, the two waterproof sheets 2a and 2b are bonded together at the periphery, and the sheet 4, formed by a super-water-absorption material, and the tube 3 are covered with a waterproof sheet 2. Liquid, with which the super- water-absorption material is impregnated, forces heat, dissipated from the tube, to be dispersed throughout the whole surface of a mat for heating.
