PURPOSE:To reduce the weight of an engine and fuel consumption, by incorporating a piston into a cylinder, dividing a combustion chamber into 4 sections and providing an ignition plug and a suction and exhaust value with each combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION:A piston 8 is incorporated into a cylinder 5 and a combustion chamber 1-4 is divided into 4 sections. Two sets of cams 12 for opening and closing a valve 11 are disposed at the right hand and the left hand symmetrically. A piston 8 is provided with a connection rod 13 and a crank shaft 15 makes a rotational motion through the connection rod 13. With such an arrangement, the weight of an engine and fuel consumption are reduced.
