PURPOSE:To prevent the head of a base from being opened even if a head is fitted with a screw by setting up the dimension of respective shapes with specific relation when it is defined that the width of a chip side part out of the connection parts of the base is W1, the width of the reverse side part is W2 and distances from the connection parts the tip of the chip are l1 and l2. CONSTITUTION:It is defined that the longitudinal width of the chip side connec tion part 11 (1st connection part) of the base 2 is W1, the width of the reverse side connection part 12 (2nd connection part) is W2, the distance between the center part of the 1st connection part 11, the tip of the chip is l1, and the dis tance between the 2nd connection part 12 and the tip of the chip is l2. The width values W1, W2 are constituted so as to satisfy the following relation; W1/W2=l2/l1...(1). On the other hand, the lateral extension DELTAd1, DELTAd2 due to the compression of respective connection parts 11, 12 are inversely proportional to the width values W1, W2, and thereby the relation with the distances l1, l2 are expressed by DELTAd1/DELTAd2=W2/W1=l1/l2...(2) in case of W1>W2. The change DELTAd of the interval (d) is expressed by DELTAd=0. Namely, the gap interval of the tip part is not changed even if clamping axial force of a screw 7 is applied.
