PURPOSE:To make the titled screw perform effective substitution and dispersion of resin in the screw by deviating rotary phases at an inlet and outlet of the resin among grooves each, by a method wherein fins are arranged by mixing them whose distances among them in the direction of a rotation of the screw are unequal, in Dulmage mixing. CONSTITUTION:Fins 100, 100', 100a, 100b are arranged by changing distances among them in the direction of a rotation of a screw. Resin 201 is scraped off by the fin 100, to begin with, which flows toward the fin 100b after the same has been moved to the bottom of a groove and flows in the groove between the fins 100, 100b by tracing a spiral after that. Then resin 201' is scraped off by the fin 100b and flows in the groove between the fins 100b, 100' while the same is being turned. As groove width between the fins 100, 100b differs from that between the fins 100b, 100', phases of rotations of the resin 201, 201' deviate from each other at an outlet. Therefore, the resin receives effective substitution and dispersion at a screw part and a function of an extruding machine is improved. |
