PURPOSE:To reduce a manufacturing cost and to prevent lowering of the efficiency of conveyance of slurry through effective prevention of a resilient tube, by a method wherein a movement preventing member, preventing movement of the resilient tube, is placed only in a necessary spot. CONSTITUTION:Plural pairs of nipping rollers 22, rolling in a state to nip the both sides of an resilient tube 16, are placed in a casing 6. Further, an entrance hole 8, through which the resilient tube 16 enters, and an exit hole 9, through which the tube exists, are provided in the casing 6. Movement preventing members 11 and 12 for the resilient tube 16, which are slightly protruded in the casing, are situated to the peripheral edge parts of the two holes 8 and 9.
