PURPOSE:To array one detector each between partition plates and to eliminate the difficulty in arraying detectors in a matrix by providing partition plates which project onto a packing material at the same intervals as the array intervals of the detectors. CONSTITUTION:The packing material 14 is used as a base of ferrite of a gamma camera or other insulators, respective detectors 16 are arranged thereupon, and partition plates 16 are projected on the packing material in an array at intervals P (array interval of detectors 16). Those partition plates 15 are formed of plastic, etc., and arrayed at right angles to the electrode surface 17 of a detector 16, and none of electrode surfaces 17 is covered with a partition plate 15. Further, a flexible wiring board 18 is adhered to a flank of the packing material 14 where the detectors 16 are arranged, and electrode terminals 19 as many as the detectors 16 are provided at the same intervals as the intervals P. Further, the electrode terminals 19 and electrodes 17 are bonded mutually with wires 20, electrode surfaces 21 of the detectors 16 on the reverse surface of the packing material 14 are connected to electrodes 22 of the electrode plate 23 by wires 24, thereby eliminating the difficulty in arraying the detectors in a matrix, state.
