发明名称 MOLDING METHOD FOR LAMINATED MEMBER
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated member which is superior in an external appearance, heat resistance and drill processing properties, by a method wherein the laminated member containing thermoplastic resin is annealed down to a specific temperature at a specific rate after the laminated member has been laminated, heated and molded under a state depressurized lower than the atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:As thermoplastic resin, polyamide resin or polyester resin or polyurethane resin is used and further as required thermosetting resin such as phenolic resin or epoxy resin can be used. As the thermoplastic resin, it is used in a form of a resin sheet or a resin film or a resin film or a resin-impregnated base. As for the base, woven fabric or nonwoven fabric or a mat or cheesecloth or paper composed of an inorganic fiber or an organic fiber or a natural fiber or a combined base of the foregoing can be used. When the laminated member is annealed down to a temperature range of the fusion point - fusion point -50 deg.C of the applied thermoplastic resin at 0.2 deg.C/min-1 deg.C/min after lamination, heating and molding under a state depressurized lower than the atmosphere, plate thickness accuracy of the laminated member is improved, generation of internal strain can be prevented and an external appearance, electric insulation resistance and drill processing properties can be improved.</p>
