PURPOSE:To improve the adhesive strength between a recording film and a protective film with a simple change of the process by arranging an intermediate layer consisting of an UV curing resin having high adhesive strength to the recording film and the recording film protecting film and compatible with both films between the recording film and the protecting film at a site on the outer periphery of a disk except the recording region. CONSTITUTION:The recording film 2 is formed on a disk replica 1 by vapor deposition, and an UV curing resin 4 having excellent adhesive characteristic to the recording film 2 and compatible with the protecting layer 3 is spin-coated on the outer peripheral part of the disk except the recordable region. When the protecting layer 3 is then spin-coated, a highly adhesive resinous layer is formed in the vicinity of the recording film 2 on the outer peripheral part, and the resinous layer consisting of a mixture of both resins is formed at the boundary between the protecting layer 3 and the UV curing resin 4. The resin is cured by irradiating UV rays to intensify the adhesive strength between the recording film 2 and the protecting film 3, and a disk having high recording sensitivity can be obtained. |
