发明名称 DETECTING METHOD FOR CORROSION SPEED OF STEEL MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To make measurement conditions constant and to improve measurement accuracy by setting measurement frequencies in two high and low stages and adjusting a measurement surface previously so that the impedance of the high frequency range is 5-50OMEGAcm. CONSTITUTION:A steel pipe pile 3 of a pier whose corrosion speed is already known by 10-year periodic inspection is sectioned in the water depth direction to measure corrosion speeds. A measurement frequency area is divided into two areas of 2-10mHz and 100-1,000Hz and measurements are taken after the measurement surface is so adjusted that the impedance of the latter measurement area is 5-50OMEGAcm, thereby finding the corrosion speed from the difference in impedance between the both. Therefore, a measurement need not be taken in the intermediate area to shorten the measurement time, and a measurement standard is set to improve the measurement accuracy.
