PURPOSE:To prevent useless vertical movement of an air cusion and to simplify construction, by a method wherein a link mechanism is provided so that a height regulating valve is inhibited against actuation which effected occasioned by displacement due to lateral movement of a truck and a car body and rotation of the truck. CONSTITUTION:In order to actuate a height regulating valve 24 mounted to a car body 21, a lever 28 attached to the height regulating valve 24 has its end located to the central part of a coupling link 29. The coupling link 29 is provided at opposite ends thereof with links 30 and 31, the two links 30 and 31 are disposed in an X-chape, and the other ends thereof are attached to a truck frame 22. Also in case horizontal displacement of the truck frame 22 and the car body 6 and displacement due to rotation of the truck occur, a coupling part between the lever 28 and the coupling link 29 is moved only horizontally but not vertically. This prevents actuation of the height regulating valve 24 and enable prevention of useless motion of an air cushion 23. |
