摘要 PURPOSE:To set the temperature characteristic of an output current to a desired characteristic by providing the 3rd MOS transistor (TR) between the 2nd P- channel MOS TR and a low power supply and providing the 4th MOS TR between a common source and the low power supply. CONSTITUTION:An N-channel MOS TR Q8, P-channel MOS TRs Q9, Q10, resistors R5, R6 constituting a constant current source circuit section CS having a prescribed temperature coefficient and connected to the common source of TRs Q3, Q4 are provided and an N-channel MOS TR Q7 constituting a current synthesis circuit is provided. A drain current ID of the threshold characteristic of the TRs Q9, Q10 of the constant current source circuit CS with respect to the gate voltage VG when the temperature rises, the current flowing to the resistor R5 and the TR Q8 is increased. Further, a current IS flowing to the TR Q7 is increased to lower output voltages V01, V02 of the differential circuit in response to the temperature rise. Thus, the output current IS is stabilized even to the fluctuation of the power voltage VCC.
