摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To suppress generation of gaseous hydrogen from cathode surface and manufacture good quality electrolytic iron less in unevenness and impurity, by adding a specified surfactant into electrolyte at opposedly arranging anode and cathode in electrolyte contg. ferrous ion, and conducting electricity to electrodeposit iron on cathode. CONSTITUTION:Consumable anode made of soft steel, pure iron, etc., and stainless steel cathode plate are opposedly arranged in electrolyte contg. ferrous ion. Electricity is conducted to both electrodes to electrodeposit iron on cathode surface. Thereat, surfactant such as naphthalene system sodium sulfonate or polyoxyethylene alkylether is added into electrolyte by about 1g per 1l electrolyte. Generation of gaseous hydrogen from cathode surface is suppressed during electrolysis, and defoaming property is accelerated to decrease unevenness formed on electrolytic iron surface, and content of gaseous impurity such as O2, Cl, N2 is remarkably reduced.</p>
