<p>PURPOSE:To accelerate the detection of abnormality by detecting the presence of an article in each housing compartment of a housing container, collating a presence/absence pattern with a location information, and indicating abnormality, in a movable shelf device for chart files, etc. CONSTITUTION:When the number of the patient is inputted in a main control unit 34, the location information for information files of a magnetic disk 35 is retrieved. The retrieved location information and a take-out command signal for specifying a take-out mode are transmitted to a housing part control unit 36, which, in turn, starts the operation of taking out a housing container. At this time, the control unit 36 detects the presence/absence of an article in each housing compartment of the housing container by means of the presence/absence detecting parts of reading devices 30a-30e. And, the detected presence/absence pattern is transmitted to the main control unit 34 and collated with the pattern to existence/nonexistence of the location information, to take out a housing container. By this structure, the detection of abnormality can be accelerated.</p> |
