PURPOSE:To enable a package control by operating a speed command for the traveling device of each frame based on distances between a rotation fulcrum traveling device, a head frame traveling device and the corresponding traveling device, and rotating each of the frames at a time. CONSTITUTION:The speed command Vx of a traveling device X is operated as V0.l/L, from the distance L between a rotation fulcrum traveling device A and a head traveling device B, speed command V0 and distance l from a fulcrum point A to the corresponding traveling device X. This operation is carried out by a central operation board, to output a speed command to each machine side board. By this structure, a package control can be carried out by the central board.
