Furthermore, it has activity to decompose carcinogenic hydrogen peroxide, etc. PREPARATION:The compound of formula I can be produced by reacting a perfluoroalkylalkyl alcohol of formula II with iodine in the presence of a catalyst such as phosphorus, reacting the reaction product with diethyl malonate, etc., in a solvent such as THF containing a catalyst such as NaH in dispersed state and finally reacting a catalyst such as NaH in dispersed and finally reacting the resultant alpha-(perfluoroalkylalkyl)malonic acid diester with a polyamine of formula III.
