<p>PURPOSE:To improve a measure to cope with a variable factor by allotting a manufacture line to each type of workpieces and throwing a workpiece into the allotted lines in order according to the flag signal of said workpiece in the captioned device of a manufacture line of a vehicle, etc. CONSTITUTION:A vehicle type C is allotted to a line L1, a vehicle type A is allotted to lines L2, L3, a vehicle type H is allotted to a line L4, and a vehicle type X is allotted to a line L5 and a line L6 is reserved as a spare line, and these are recorded in an indication device 38. when a vehicle W is moved in, the flag signal of the vehicle W is read, and the vehicle W is carried into a prescribed line via a control panel 40. the number of vehicles in storage in each line is counted by limit switches 14, 16-36 and recorded in the indication device 38. And, the vehicle W is thrown into the line, e.g., the line L1 until the line L1 is full and, when the line L1 becomes full, the vehicle W is thrown into another line for the same type of vehicle. By this structure, a measure to cope with a variable factor can be improved.</p> |
