PURPOSE:To make frictional force stabilize to a temperature variation, by embedding a tubular body in the specified thickness, large in expansibility, knitting filament falsetwist yarn of polyester or the like with a knitting machine, in a rubber elastic body made of highly saturable nitrile rubber in the specified hardness. CONSTITUTION:A tubular body, large in expansibility, of 0.1-1.0mm in thickness, made up of knitting polyester or polyamide filament flase twist yarn with a knitting machine is embedded in a rubber elastic body consisting of highly saturable type nitrile rubber of JISA scale 40 deg.-85 deg. in hardness, or ethylene propylene diene ternary copolymer rubber and the highly saturable type nitrile rubber, and initial tension of a belt is adjusted with a combination of the tubular body or the elastic body and the rubber elastic body, whereby even in case of high speed drive of a peripheral velocity of 2.5m/sec or the like, there is no surface adhesion due to sticking between nelts themselves by wear, thus stable conveyance for a long time is attainable and, what is more, variations in conveying performance due to difference in frictional force with paper sheets by a temperature variation are little, besides excellent in durability.
