PURPOSE:To enhance operability, by storing a reservation time in a register when timer operations is started. CONSTITUTION:A clock means clocks the present time and a reservation time setting means 1 sets a reservation time. A plurality of memory means 4(4a-4m) store the reservation time set by the reservation time setting means 1 and a register 3 stores the reservation time used previously. A selection means 5 selects the reservation time stored in the register 3 from the reservation times stored in a plurality of the memory means 4 and the register 3 at first and the reservation time selected by the selection means 5 is compared with the output of the clock means 2 by a comparing means 6 and, when both of them coincide, a rice cooking start signal is outputted. As mentioned above, the first reservation time selected by the selection means 5 always comes to the reservation time used previously when timer operation is performed and a reservation time high is used frequency can be rapidly selected.
