PURPOSE:To shorten the time for indicating delivery by storing inputted information on the proceeds of merchandise and inputting it into a computer by a communication means and determining and indicating the quantity of delivery, in an automatic delivery indicating method of stock quantity for each merchandise between a general purpose computer and a terminal device. CONSTITUTION:Information on the proceeds of merchandise which is inputted by the input device 6 of a terminal device 8, is stored in an external memory device 7. And, as it becomes the time period of delivery indication, the information on proceeds in the terminal device 8 is sent to the central processing unit 1 of a general purpose computer through a communication circuit 4. The central processing unit 1 retrieves the data base of the delivery quantities of merchandise from an external memory device 2, reads out the quantity of delivery, and visibly displays the information on delivery indication on an output device 3. By this structure, the indication of delivery can be automatized while reducing time required for it. |
