PURPOSE:To accomplish simple control of the heating temperature for the pitch as well as uniform heating thereof, by providing a heating zone in which solid powder is in a fluidized state with pipes within which the pitch is flowing. CONSTITUTION:A heating zone 5 in which solid powder comprising pref. sand, alumina, iron oxide, copper powder, aluminum powder or iron powder is in a fluidized state is provided with pipes 2 within which pitch is flowing thus carrying out uniform heating of the pitch and control of the heating temperature therefor simply and in high precision. The upper part of said heating zone is preferably extended, the heating source being pref. an electric heater.
