摘要

New halocyclopropane derivatives, especially acetals of 2-halo-2-fluorocyclopropanones of formula I: where: R = linear or branched C1-C8 alkyl radical; Z = aryl or alkyl radical, and X = Cl, Br or I. The method of manufacture of these compounds consists in reacting, via an addition process, a halofluorocarbene with a ketene acetal. A useful application of this invention lies in the manufacture of alkyl or aryl 2-fluoroacrylates.
