PURPOSE:To improve the machine cycle time of a numerical controller by driving a working head moving up and down with a numerical input which judges the end of the head positioning before positioning of an XY table loading a substrate. CONSTITUTION:The positioning end information RO is sent to an input terminal at the B side of a comparator, and the input of the B side monitors the output A given from an error counter 11. Then a signal which judges the positioning end is sent to a central processor via a signal line 22 at a time point when the coincidence is obtained between the output A and the B side. The central processor moves down a working head to a fixed height where no contact is obtained between the head and an inserted parts. The contents of an error counter 11 are set at 0, and a servomotor 4 stops to complete the positioning. Then the working head performs a primary action of the inserted parts. |
